I recommend that all students attempt to develop a daily practice.
Why? Because a daily yoga practice is cultivating the best
of one of your Shavasanas or relaxation state. It supports
the depth of opening you receive in a yoga class and can be
done in as little as 15 minutes or as long as you want. This
opening affects your sense of ease within yourself, on all
levels of your being; mental, physical, spiritual, emotional.
The benefit is for you and those around you. By pursuing a
daily practice, you begin to find easiness, agreeableness,
happiness, sweetness and more within.
